Musculoskeletal & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Clinical Exercise Instructor


Tilly completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. She has since undertaken further professional development in women’s health, including APA Level 1 Pelvic Health and Women’s Health through the Life Stages. Tilly has a strong clinical interest in supporting women across all stages of life, particularly during pregnancy, post-partum recovery, and return to sport following childbirth. In 2026, she will commence her Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Health at University of Melbourne.

Tilly has completed Parts A and B of the McKenzie Institute International Method for the assessment and treatment of spinal conditions. She also incorporates clinical Pilates into her treatment approach to support clients managing both acute and persistent back pain.

Outside of work, Tilly enjoys spending time in her hometown of Mansfield, where she appreciates the quiet of farm life with her border collie. She also values time with friends, exploring local food spots and enjoying the occasional cocktail.
