Lilly Witthoft
Physiotherapist/Clinical Pilates Instructor
Lilly graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and has since undergone further training in women’s pelvic health. She has experience working across a variety of physiotherapy settings, including sports, musculoskeletal, and as a grade 2 women’s health physio at Mercy Hospital for Women.
Lilly treats a broad range of conditions of pelvic floor and musculoskeletal dysfunction, including pregnancy-related conditions, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and chronic pelvic pain (ie. endometriosis-associated pain, vulvodynia, vaginismus, etc.).
She utilises manual therapy, dry needling, education, exercise, and load management to empower people in their rehabilitation journey
Additionally, Lilly is qualified to fit pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse.
Lilly also runs clinical exercise classes in the form of pilates, and strength & conditioning classes for osteoporosis. She particularly enjoys conducting exercise assessments and providing personalised modifications for pregnancy and post-partum exercise.
Outside of work, Lilly enjoys running, hiking, and snowboarding. She also has a big obsession for her golden retriever, Barney, who’s named after the purple dinosaur – he even has his own stuffed Barney toy!
