Phoebe graduated from Bond university in 2017 with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Doctor of Physiotherapy.
Phoebe has worked in various roles across Queensland and Melbourne, both within hospital and private practice settings. Phoebe has a solid foundation and deep understanding of exercise rehabilitation and is passionate about educating the individual on body awareness, correct technique and how to properly retrain the muscles to recovery and prevention.
Phoebe employs a variety of treatment and rehabilitation approaches, including manual therapy, clinical Pilates based exercises, strength training, load management as well as sport specific techniques relating to particular needs and goals of the individual.
Phoebe aims to support her patients in their physical and mental wellbeing by continuing education on rehabilitation and prevention strategies, empowering them to recovery and ongoing good health.
Away from the clinic you will find Phoebe completing her Ultimate Pilates Certificate, picking up a new sport or hobby, surrounding herself in the great outdoors (especially the beach) and spending time with her new puppy.
