Cancellation
We are a busy clinic with active waitlists and aim to offer appointments to those in need. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a 50% or our scheduled fee Failure to attend (no-show) will incur the full appointment fee. Late cancellation and/or failure to attend classes will incur the scheduled class fee or a pass redemption.
Compensable
We do not bill the insurer directly. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment, billed at our scheduled fee and you claim reimbursement from Work Cover or TAC after treatment. There will be a gap payment for our Senior, Expert and Specialist tier physiotherapists because compensable schemes don’t always cover our full consultation fee. Please provide your claim number and approval paperwork when booking — our reception team will help with paperwork and treatment updates.
Bulk Billing
For Medicare GPCCMP (formerly EPC) referrals, payment is required at the appointment, and we lodge your Medicare claim via Tyro Health Online. The rebate will be processed back into the Medicare linked account and is subject to eligibility. Bulk billing is not available. Medicare allows up to 5 subsidised sessions per calendar year. Please bring your GP Chronic Condition Management Plan to your appointment or email a copy to admin@cliftonhillphysiotherapy.com.au prior to your appointment
