Lilly Witthoft

Physiotherapist/Clinical Pilates Instructor

Lilly graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and has since been working in private practice and sport, including AFL, soccer, and winter sports. She enjoys working with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions but has a particular interest in snow sport based injuries and low back pain, and has developed a pre-snow season screening program that helps identify specific injury risk and prevention.

Lilly also has a special interest in treating pelvic health. In addition to pelvic health treatment at the Mercy Hospital for Women, she has completed qualifications to treat patients with incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, and those in need of perinatal care.

Lilly utilises manual therapy, dry needling, education, exercise, and load management to empower people in their rehabilitation journey. She recognises it’s important that individuals not only understand how to rehab their injury, but also learn how to prevent future flare-ups or consequential injuries.

On the weekends, Lilly loves snowboarding in the winter, hiking in the summer, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Currently, Lilly is available to see patients for pregnancy-related and continence pelvic health concerns. Please feel free to get in touch with our friendly admin team if you are unsure whether Lilly can accommodate you on 03 9486 1918.
